Avalon Airshow
Join the Quantum Australia delegation to the Avalon Airshow
Held biennially, the Avalon Australian International Airshow is Australia's largest, aviation, aerospace and defence industry trade exposition. Avalon's Trade Day sessions typically attract 900+ participating exhibitor companies showcasing their products, services and technologies to a national and international audience of 60,000+ attendees.
Select members of QA delegation will receive complimentary entry into Avalon 2027, facilitated introductions to organisations from around the world including industry primes, Australian SMEs and government departments.

Cancellation of Registration Deadline: Tuesday, 15 December 2026
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the QAC 2027 Organiser. Cancellations made by Tuesday, 15 December 2026 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by Friday, 29 January 2027, without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after Tuesday, 15 December 2026, will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The host reserves final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The QAC 2027 Organiser must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.
By registering for and attending Quantum Australia Conference 2027, you agree to comply with our Code of Conduct and help maintain a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all participants.
Disclaimer
All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on the website. The QAC 2027 Organiser and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The host and the QAC 2027 Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the host and the QAC 2027 Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The QAC 2027 does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
QAC 2027 Postponement
In the event of a postponement, all registrations will automatically be transferred to the new QAC 2027 dates. All components of your registration including accommodation bookings and functions will also be transferred. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, you may contact the QAC 2027 Organiser to request a transfer of your registration to a colleague at no cost, or request a cancellation and refund which will incur a $150 administration fee up until the Registration Cancellation Deadline.
QAC 2027 Cancellation
In the event of the cancellation of the QAC 2027, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.
